Cooking like I know how...

I found this recipe and it looked delicious so I'm giving it a go:

    1. It's cream cheese, mozzerella, gorganzola, toasted walnuts, and fresh basil :) I'm thinking that this would probably work with just about any mixture of anything. Next time I might throw in some chopped up mangos. I'm finding that mangos go surprisingly well with pretty much anything.
